New in SPREAM: Assessments and Intelligent User Evaluation

 SPREAM introduces a brand-new feature — Assessments, designed to help businesses and professionals create advanced evaluation questionnaires with automatic scoring, personalized recommendations, and reviewer feedback.  

Create Assessments Directly in the Admin Interface

Assessments can be created directly inside the administration panel within a dedicated module called Assessments.

Administrators can easily create a new assessment using the “Create Assessment” option.

When creating an assessment, it is possible to configure:

• assessment name,
• localization,
• reviewers,
• questions and thematic sections,
• answer options,
• scoring values and answer weights,
• submission limits per user.

Flexible Question and Answer Types

The system allows users to create different types of questions and define how participants can respond.

For each question, administrators can configure:

• answer selections,
• response types (e.g. radio buttons, multiple choice, etc.),
• scoring for individual answers,
• minimum and maximum scores.

This flexibility makes it possible to create both simple self-assessments and advanced professional evaluation forms.

Automatic Evaluation and Recommendations

Based on predefined parameters and weighted answers, the system can automatically evaluate the assessment results.

Generated outputs may include:

• overall user score,
• categorized results by section,
• automatically generated recommendations,
• personalized result summaries.

Assessments therefore provide users not only with a final result, but also with actionable recommendations for improvement and development.

Reviewer Feedback and Collaboration

One of the major advantages of the new functionality is the ability to involve reviewers in the evaluation process.

Reviewers can add:

• notes,
• comments,
• recommendations,
• feedback related to specific answers.

This enables assessments to combine automated evaluation with professional human feedback and a more personalized approach.
