Substitutes are users who are interested in an activity that is full. Substitutes are added to the advisory and, if a post becomes available for an activity, the first alternate will fill the post and the system will send him a notification.
The trainer or admin can manually move the substitute to the registered ones despite the full capacity by clicking on the + button when booking in the In the Advisory tab.
