System notifications

System notifications are sent automatically to users at the following events:

  • Activity cancellation
  • Creating / canceling a reservation for a member by the coach
  • Automatic reservation of the user from substitutes when freeing up space

The user will receive the notification either directly to the phone or to an email address, depending on whether or not they use the Spream mobile application.
