SPREAM now offers more flexibility in group management. In the general settings, you can choose whether your group is Public or Members only.
- Public group – non-member user
The user can view a selection of publicly available content. A pop-up window appears with the message:
“You are not yet a member. To gain full access to preview content, events, and purchasing options, click the Become a Member button below.”

- User is a member
They have full access to all group content and features.
- Members only – invite-only group
If the user is not a member, a full-page pop-up message appears:
“Hello [Name], welcome to the [Group Name]!
You are not yet a member. To gain full access to preview content, events, and purchasing options, click the Become a Member button below.”
This makes it clear that the group is invite-only, while guiding the user on how to proceed.

This update gives admins more control while providing users with a clear and seamless experience when navigating private groups.
