SPREAM now includes an integration with Zapier, allowing you to connect events in the platform with other tools you use.
SPREAM can now be connected with 9000+ apps, making it a natural part of your existing workflow.
Each selected action in SPREAM can trigger the next step outside the platform.
Currently Available Events
At this stage, two triggers are available: member created and member cancelled.
These events can be used to automatically add a new member to a CRM or email tool, start onboarding communication, update a database, or create internal reports. When a member is cancelled, access in external systems can be removed, communication can be stopped, or the team can be notified about the change.
More events will be added based on client needs and SPREAM functionality.
Setup
You can find the integration in the admin panel:
Settings → Integrations → Zapier
After clicking, API keys are generated automatically. These keys are required to connect SPREAM with Zapier.
This integration allows you to connect SPREAM with other tools and include it in your existing workflow.
